There are too many menu items to list here, but this will give you just a flavour of what you can order when you visit the By Jove! tearooms

Tea time

At tea time we can offer you Cornish Cream Tea, as illustrated above; a classic British Afternoon Tea including Cream Tea plus a selection of Sandwiches and Sponge Cake or, an elegant High Tea which includes Cream Tea, Sponge Cake and your choice of Welsh Rarebit, Cornish Pasty, Soup or Quiche.

Tea,Coffee, Beverages

By Jove! offers a full variety of loose teas including our own By Jove! Blend. We also offer Gunpowder green tea and a range of herbal and fruit infusions. 

All of our coffees are freshly ground on the premises and served in a cafetiere with milk or cream.

We have soft and sparking drinks and juices as well as a creamy hot chocolate, topped with whipped cream, marshmallows and chocolate shavings

Scrumptious cakes

Our wide variety of cakes, including Victoria Sponge, Earl Grey Tea Brack and Carrot Cake are all homemade and served generously.

Scones, Toast & Tarts

We can offer you Empire Scones, Toasted Tea Cakes, Eccles Cake, Treacle Tart and Bakewell Tart, as well as Edinburgh Shortbread.

Snacks

We also offer Breakfast, served until 11.30 am; Soup of the Day, served with Chunky Bread, a range of Sandwiches and Jacket Potatoes with assorted fillings, and Pasties, Rolls and Quiche.
